Using Floorplan.
Website terms · November 2, 2026
Floorplan is opening in stages. Public-source show notices are provided for discovery, while clearly labelled sample listings only demonstrate planning tools and are not bookable events. Paid plans and promotional placements are coming soon and cannot currently be purchased.
What Floorplan provides
Floorplan is a Canadian market-discovery and preparation website operated by Lynn Wallace. It offers planning resources and tools for makers and organizers. Contact lynn@floorplancanada.ca for support or complaints.
Check event details before making plans
Examples and demonstration profiles are labelled. Separately, sourced event information may link to an organizer's own announcement. A source link is not proof that an organizer has joined Floorplan or endorsed the website. Confirm dates, location, accessibility, table availability, fees, cancellation terms and requirements directly with the organizer before travelling or paying.
Historical attendance, future estimates and organizer claims must be distinguished. Floorplan does not promise sales, attendance or acceptance into a show. Internal review of a submission does not automatically make it public.
Payments stay between participants
Vendors, organizers and shoppers arrange booth fees, product purchases and refunds directly with each other. Floorplan does not collect, hold, transfer or refund those payments. Contact the organizer or seller about their transaction; contact Floorplan to report misleading information on this website.
Free access and future paid tools
Our planned basic access is free. Prices shown for optional Floorplan services are proposed Canadian-dollar prices, not an active checkout. Viewing a plan or creating an account does not start a subscription. Before any paid service opens, its features, limits, full price, applicable taxes, payment timing, renewal and cancellation/refund terms will be presented for review. Any promotion will be labelled and will not buy verification or guaranteed results.
Your account and submissions
Use accurate information, protect your sign-in details and contact us if you suspect unauthorized access. Submit content only for yourself or a business or event you are authorized to represent. Do not impersonate another person, submit deceptive listings, send spam, harass others, upload harmful material or attempt unauthorized access.
Your photos and content
You keep ownership of your submitted content. Only provide photos, logos and text you own or have permission to use, including permission for other people's identifiable information. By submitting content, you allow Floorplan to store and review it for the feature you requested. That does not authorize unrelated advertising or sale of your content. Public publication requires the relevant publication process and permission; current internal approval alone does not publish a listing. Contact us for a correction or removal request.
Planning tools and saved work
Calculators provide estimates based on your entries; check figures before relying on them. Booth layouts are planning aids, not venue approval or a safety inspection. Confirm aisle widths, exits, accessibility, electrical needs and other venue requirements with the organizer. Some drafts and checklists are saved only in your browser. Clearing site data or changing devices can remove access to that work; keep your own copy of important plans.
Moderation and concerns
We may reject, restrict or remove submissions that are misleading, unsafe, unauthorized or contrary to these rules. Access may be restricted when needed to address abuse or protect accounts. Email Lynn with the page or account involved and an explanation to request a review. Do not include your password or reset code.
Privacy and other websites
Our privacy notice explains account information, local storage, email handling and deletion requests. Other websites linked from Floorplan operate under their own terms. A link does not by itself mean a partnership or endorsement.
Changes and your rights
Features may change during development. We will update this page when these terms change and explain significant new conditions before introducing them. Nothing here removes rights or remedies that applicable law gives you. You can also consult Consumer Protection Ontario.
