Email Floorplan

Include the page or event name and a short description of what you need. Please do not send passwords, payment-card details or identity documents.

Your message and attachments are handled through Floot and forwarded to the owner's Microsoft Outlook/Hotmail inbox for follow-up.

Report a listing or website issue

Send the listing link and the detail that needs checking. Example listings are labelled as examples; they are not invitations to book or pay.

Privacy and account requests

Use the same email to request access, corrections, account deletion or to raise a privacy concern. We may ask for information needed to verify the account involved. Never send your password.

Booth fees and purchases

Contact the organizer or seller directly about payments, cancellations or refunds. Floorplan does not collect or hold booth fees or shopper payments. Optional Floorplan plans are coming soon and cannot currently be purchased.
